Firemelon provide hosting, support, regular upgrades to the Magenta application. As we operate within a highly regulated environment clients expect us to take both theirs and our obligations with regard to security and compliance very seriously.

We ensure that we use industry best practice processes and controls in addition to hosting in a secure Microsoft Azure environment and taking external guidance, inviting qualified third parties onto our premises to audit our practices annually.
